Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Noble Jet (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”).
1. Who we are
Noble Jet is a private jet charter service based in Malta. For the purposes of the GDPR, Noble Jet is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data you provide to us directly when you use this website:
- Quote requests — your full name, phone number, country code, and any information you include in the notes field, together with your requested itinerary (departure, destination, dates, number of passengers and trip type). An email address is optional.
- Direct contact — if you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect the contact details and the content of your message.
- Technical data — our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to deliver the website.
- Usage data — with your consent, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages visited, time on site and general location. See section 8 (Cookies) below.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your quote request and arrange charter services — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and for the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To communicate with you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp — Article 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep our website and services secure — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us, including aviation, tax and accounting requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where necessary to provide our services:
- Aircraft operators and handling agents — where required to arrange and perform your flight.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form processing), Resend (email delivery of your enquiry to our team), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity) — the latter two only where you have consented to analytics cookies. These providers act as processors under data processing agreements.
- Authorities — where disclosure is required by law, including aviation security and border control requirements connected to a flight.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified).
6. How long we keep your data
- Quote requests that do not lead to a booking — kept for up to 12 months from your enquiry, then deleted.
- Booking and flight records — kept for as long as required by aviation, tax and accounting law, typically up to 10 years.
- Correspondence — kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the data you provided to us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact Mattia Camilleri at info@noblejet.eu or +356 7900 3524. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Malta, this is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), idpc.org.mt. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Cookies
This website uses two kinds of storage:
- Necessary storage — used to deliver the website and remember your cookie choice. This does not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — set only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These tools set cookies and process usage data on the legal basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, after which the banner will appear again. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested; no cookies are set by this service.
9. Third-party links
Our website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
